SOLD: Tokai Love Rock custom order 2008 BS

I really hate to let this one go, but I need to raise some funds. I bought this guitar in 2009 from Hisashi, built in 2008, specs are like today's LS260, but with fret edge binding and Orange drop condensers. It is a fantastic guitar, that has been played but the overall condition is near mint...

WTB - Good Japanese Les Paul

Hi Jimi, I have bought this Love Rock Custom model from Japan three years ago and might be willing to sell it if the price is right. I don't have any pictures of it currently so this link will take you to Hisashi's site and the orginal pictures I based my purchase decision on. If you're...

    Burny RLG-50 early 80ies

Haven't posted here since quite some time, so hello again! Unfortunately times are a bit tough, so I need to sell some gear. Up for sale is this beautiful Burny RLG-50 in cherry sunburst. It has a two piece mahogany back and a solid plain maple top and is a great playing Lester. Weight is...

    LS-470!

It's propably just a typo and he meant to say 320

    BURNY FLG240?!

Hard to tell from these pics. It's definately an 81 FLG, worst case it's a FLG-90 and if it really is a two piece back and a veneer top that's what it is. I'd ask the seller for a pic of the maple top in the pickup cavities. If the top is solid I'd think it would be an FLG-150, the difference...

    LS-470!

Saw that one too... And yeah, I know it's only cosmetic too, but fretedge binding is sexy :) I don't quite understand why they made it an option even on the top model.

    LS150 from '84

Thanks Diodibuh :) Ochay, basically it says that it is a LS150 from 1984, single piece back, two-piece solid flame top. Pickups have been changed to Gibson Burstbuckers and a prevous owner payed some luthier to do the "shaping" to the back of the body. The seller states that the shaping was...

    LS150 from '84

Yes and no, I'd say. It certainly is a great guitar and for a higher end love rock it's rather cheap, but the "shaping" It significantly devalues the guitar and propably is the reason why noone is bidding on it (the guitar is already relisted). It still could be a great player of...

WARNING: THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM MOJ & AZUMA

I understand your frustration, but please don't post this in multiple subforums, you already did the same on japanaxe as I just saw, and now I come here and see you've already started the same thread 3 times again  That's just bad netiquette imho, and won't help your problem either. Niko

    Burny Custom Made

Looks like a 1978 FLC-100 to me. See here, page 16 in the 1978 Vol.1 catalog. I am pretty sure that the 80ies Burnys were build at Fujigen, but it's possible that in the 70ies some were built at Matsumoku.

    Burny RLG/RLC Info?

Thanks for your approval. Mark :D  Of course I have looked at your FLG-90 extensively before I bought her. There aren't many pictures of the FLG Burnys from this period available online. Also goes to show what a difference light makes: In the original auction the guitar looked much...
