Yes and no, I'd say. It certainly is a great guitar and for a higher end love rock it's rather cheap, but the "shaping" :cry:

It significantly devalues the guitar and propably is the reason why noone is bidding on it (the guitar is already relisted). It still could be a great player of course, but I wouldn't take a chance on it ...

I am only a lurker and no expert, though, so let's see what other members think.

Ochay, basically it says that it is a LS150 from 1984, single piece back, two-piece solid flame top. Pickups have been changed to Gibson Burstbuckers and a prevous owner payed some luthier to do the "shaping" to the back of the body. The seller states that the shaping was done professionally and that it makes the guitar much more comfortable to play (yeah, sure).
