I have never seen either but the logo on the first one is the same as on the Canadian Fakes so i would say the first one is a fake.

The sellers of the second guitar have shall we say a "creative" imagination when it comes to describing their merchandise.In my opinion both these guitars are from the same range of Canadian fakes that we have come across before. Gabe.
