Tokai single coil pickup.

It was attached to a Fender Japan Stratocaster, but in order to replace it with another pickup, I asked the shop to remove it.

All products are what is shown in the photo.

Seller says these are off of a Stone Logo Fernandes FST. Definitely was a modded guitar.

They look like either SS pickups or the late 80s unmarked ST pickups that show up in some Goldstars and have no ink mark.

The switch is later than the seller implies and at least one pot likely dates to the early 90s at least.

Description of item

This is a set of the NewL-1 pickup, 5-point switch, pot, and jack that was removed from the FERNANDES FST series (stone logo period) Strat from the late 70's.
The ones from the 1980s, when they were aiming to be complete copies of the original, are famous, but the ones from this period are also very tasty.

Looks like the one pickup says 8.19 on it in pencil.

I assume 8.19k

Flat poles, single cable. Assume for a lower spec model?

3 X Original Tokai Pick Ups - 1980’s

I have for sale these 3 original 1980’s tokai pick ups. These are in great condition. These are taken from an early 80’s guitar. They have seen very little use. They have an amazing sound and their reputation is strong. They are stamped “T” with grey bobbins and measure around 8k Ohms.
