Pls identify this Love Rock*Slash model??

One of my friend had juct been in a buisness travel in japan, and he bought to himself a guitar(A tokai).
It looks like too be a "Slash" guitar, if you see the pics, you will know why..
Pls. could someone help us identify it?
Is it just a "home-made" thing, or is it something official model?
(The headstock is not an original pic, but it looks the same,but the truss rod cover appears to be an older one)

So let's do some "cork-sniffing" on your "friends" guitar. Just my humble guesses of course.. beside you posting a head-pic of different guitar.
I guess we all have seen the background before (the crossed fence).

Comments:
- I've never seen a Loverock in sunburst (or how do you call IT)
- Pickups look wrong in both colour as well as framing (and screws)
- distance between bridge and pickup looks wrong
- therefore distance between stop-tail and bridge appears to be wrong too
- pots are in wrong places
- and so on ....

- and what the hell is this switch-thingy doing there between the pots?

So we finally can get some hungarian Tokai-copies? Well, I never liked the Tokai wine either. :evil:
