Looks totally legit to me. In order to avoid hard times from big "G" Tokai has created special models to US market. They modified the location of pots and the shape of the headstock.

And they modified the horn at the cutout.... it's shorter. These were only around for a very short time because they too were considered too close to the real deal.

I believe this is a music store one town away from me , i think i will check out some of his "Fakai's " as I've always been curious to know if they are any good.
