It seems like mid year, but I only have one 1978 PB with production stamps (ATO's).

A very Unscientific survey of the PB #s on the Registry ,using 1979 full year, would suggest that Tokai was turning out 250 or so a month .So 0182 in August of 78 would suggest a start in Mid July at the earliest?

A very unscientific survey of PB#s on the forum from 1979 (full Year) would show that Tokai was doing aprox. 250 a month so 0182 in August of 78 would hint at start date of mid july at the earliest?

I was guessing based on some Springys that seem to have PB neck plates and looking at the codes on them from July/August.

So some of the numbers eaten up were put on Springys in July/August.
