A Fernandes Custom Made?
It doesn't have Burny on the headstock but it has Fernandes.

On this page http://www.daeschler.com/articles/fujigen/ from 1987 it says that Matsumoku was part of the Fernandes training programme so looks like a lot of the Burnys with no serials and Fernandes guitars could be from Matsumoku up until 1987.
There are also the Tokai made Burnys with serials as well.

Looks like a 1978 FLC-100 to me.

See here, page 16 in the 1978 Vol.1 catalog.

I am pretty sure that the 80ies Burnys were build at Fujigen, but it's possible that in the 70ies some were built at Matsumoku.
