These have an odd serial numbering system.
Often 130xxxxx
The serial number does not have the year at the end like other year based serial numbers for Cat's Eyes. Instead, it is possibly the first digit.
And in one case I found a CE-280 that seemed to have a model based serial number that started with 280xxxx.
