Currently- Tokai Musical Instruments Enshuhama factory does not manufacture high-quality acoustic guitars.
I dont think it would be possible to make one using Jacaranda (Brazilian Rosewood) veneer for 250-000 yen- so please take this opportunity to get it.
I would like to sell a high-quality 1977 early model Cats Eye acoustic guitar that I once received from a collector I know who lives in Hamamatsu.
The model is CE-1500.
The top is made of a very beautiful spools veneer- and the side and back are made of an exotic and beautiful Jacaranda (Brazilian rosewood) veneer.
There is a wooden crack stopper on the side inside the body.
There are many early model CE-1500 guitars whose paint is extremely cloudy- probably because of paint problems- but as you can see in the 6th video- the paint on this guitar also has a slight cloudy color due to the effects of the flash during shooting. You can see it- but I dont think its actually in a bad condition.
The pegs are gold made by Grover USA.
The head plate is made of Jacaranda- and a slightly larger torch inlay made of white pearl oyster is embedded in it.
There is no warp in the neck.
The string height is about 2.5mm at 12F- and I think its easy to play.
Although it is a very old vintage guitar- I think it is in very goo
