Try Mike's Music (http://www.mikesmusic.com) or JSD's Guitar Shack (http://www.jsdguitarshack.com). I'm not sure if either sells 'unaltered' Japanese models, though.
If not, you could try Ishibashi or Guitar Universe in Japan (see link on the TokaiRegistry main page). In that case, shipping would cost you around $100, but it may still be worthwhile if you can find a good deal there.

Remember, you're not going to find many or any MIK Gibson copies in the US for legal reasons. The Canadian dealers (JD's ect.) seem to have just got a load of MIK 's in. I've never had much luck buying MIK thru Japan. You can also check Gbase. Sometimes some of those dealers turn up MIK's. And yes, if you go thru Bob or Ned at Tokai UK you will pay about $750USD shipped for that.

Thats just a different Korean version, the true body style, Japanese and Korean are available....
