Does the word 'deluxe' on the bridge saddles point to a high end/ expensive model?

That's the bit I can't work out - on a Springy (at least on a 1980 model like mine) the saddles and tuners should both be stamped TOKAI. On a Goldie, the saddles should be FINAL PROSPEC and the tuners DELUXE.

DELUXE stamped bridge saddles? Anyone else know?

Actually states:
TOKAI on saddles
DELUXE on tuners - though may not be original?
