New to this forum. But have been reading for more than a year. Now that I own a love rock(1985) Honeyburst. Just wanted to know wether I paid to much. She near mint and plays better than my les paul standard (*1991)
and sustains longer too. I paid 1000. Was that to much? I would post pictures but I don't know how to...

We really need those pics...then we can tell you what it is that you have.

Thank You.. I know it's a 1985 . The first # is a 5 . It also has a dimple in the "open book headstock( in the middle) It also has the truss rod cover that is different from the korean models...

Hmmmm...not sure if the dimple was around in 1985?
As for which particular model it is...we need:
Pics of the pickup cavities with the pickups out(there will be a model number there) and we can also see from this whether or not it's a laminated top or solid.
Are the any stickers on the back of the guitar?
Is it a one/two or three piece back?
It might be an LS80(I own a 1985 LS80 but mine has a flamed laminate).
I believe in the current market a 1985 LS80 in mint condition should go for around $1000-1500 so you certainly haven't been ripped off.
Looks like a nice guitar...grats man :D

It's seems to me you post just to get this sold. But in actuality it's worth no more than 750 if that... It's an LS 50/ LS 80. I think I've seen this in the NY Craiglist section..And now here...You will never get 1300.00
Sorry.

well, according to this guy, you paid 2 much  ...........................
