Seller states that it has a six digit serial number starting with 10xxxx.

Six Digit Serial Numbers Starting with 10xxxx

Pickguard is missing.

TOKAI Telecaster type

1970's, early type from 1978-9.

The type of maple fingerboard of this period is not so popular, so it seems to be rare.

The original owner said that he got it in 1979, but in the past I was told that it was probably from 1981, so I checked it.

I found out that the 81st year usually starts with 10 and has 7 digits. But the serial number is 6 digits. There is no proof that the 6-digit number with the first 10 is from 1981, so I will assume it is from 1979 to 1981.

The neck is not warped and the frets are about 70-80%.

The sound was OK, but the connection to the front pickup seems to be a little bad, but other than that, there is no problem and no gully.

It's a fairly heavy body and probably looks like a sen body.
