Long time Fender tele player, always been interested in Tokais, especially early 80s ones.
Bought what I thought was a TL62 but it turns out to be a TL62 neck (from 1985) and at the very least, Tokai electronics that seem to be early 80s. I'm not sure about the body.
I'll start a thread looking for help--should I post in the Vintage forum or the main one?
And I look forward to learning more about these cool guitars! Kinda wish it was all original Tokai frankly, that would be cool, but we'll see. Just wanna know what I ended up with.
