My Tokai, 80's

This is my dad's Tokai that early 80's I believe. Anyone know what year this could be or how much it is worth?

Yes. He bought it new in the early 80's. Serial on neck plate is 112989.

according to logo and headstock could be '85 or younger

I don't believe that we had the modified headstock shape in Britain as early as 1985, & I sort of assumed that applied to the rest of Europe as well. But you could be anywhere.....

It might be an idea to post it in the Bass section, where the four-string types lurk - they might have a better idea.
