Actually I wonder if they are a Nitro lacquer or a Acrylic lacquer.
As I mentioned in another thred, my Diodati 59Q (Hamamatsu factory made as well) is Acrylic lacquer. Which I like the feel of much better by the way than Nitro.
The reason I say this is that any of the sites that I go to offering any of the higher end Japan replicas (Tokai, Burny, Orville by Gibson, Edwards/Navigator, Greco, etc.) usually only say it's a lacquer finish, not what type.
