greco dry z and dry 1982

does anybody know the difference between the dry z and dry 1982 , as far as the sound quality? i know the dry Z are from 1980-81, and dry 82 from 1982-1990, but are they the same sound ? i have a set of the double trick's, and they are killer !

the dry Z are better sounding to me...they measure out slightly hotter too, however the DRY 1982 are seriously nice pups, as good as most boutique PU's out there...I just prefer DRY Z

Hi guys, i have a set of dry 1982's in my greco and they are very good pickups, i usually like hotter pickups but these are versatile and have great tone..... :wink:
