Bacchus Universe BSA-1200 SB

Can someone tell me more about these? They are made in Korea.

The other day I played a Tokai ES60 (Made in China). I had a great neck and played really well. However the pickups sounded not quite right to me.

I can get the Bacchus for less with a case and it is made in Korea. However, I have never played one. Can someone advise?

I have just ordered one too! athough I have not played athe BSA I have owned a universe the quality of the finish was fantasic the QC must be of a high standard. I guess they are looking to keep a good name as they make excelent hand made range It was also very playable I did sell it on because it was a quilt top and not a finish I really like but the new owner was very happy with it

Cool, let us know how you like it! I keep seeing the Chinese models (BLS700) everywhere. They are easier to find than the Japanese ones.

I have a used Bacchus I got from Ishibashi and it's a fantastic instrument.
