Anyone Used this Japanese Auction Site?

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this auction site. If so, you mind describing what you or someone you know bought and if things worked out?

The prices seem OK but everything this is "no claim no return." What does that mean exactly? Is it the same as "As Is" in the U.S.? If that's the case, I'm not buying anything from them

No claim no return means that they take no responsibility for anything.

Whatever happens the customer will lose the cash and can't claim a refund.

I'm not sure but are they actually selling their own guitars and not just helping with bidding on Yahoo?

Edit: Just saw a Strat I watched on Yahoo the other week. So this site buys guitars from Yahoo and then list them on this site. That is why they have the low rate of 8% commission
