Can someone help me find out whether this is an original Tokai?
According to my information a " Love Rock" has no doubles ring tuners. The serial number is 0009946 and it is inked not impressed.
It should be a LS60 of 1980. Is this possible?

Hi Volker,

I already read that thread. However could not be determined there also clearly, which guitar it could concern.
Stratmann did not buy the guitar finally then.
Please help me to find out whether it is a genuine Tokai!

Hi Volker,
Stratmann did not buy the guitar finally then.

The main reason for why I didn't buy it was that the price was a little to high. From my understanding now, I would say your guitar is alright and not a fake. I think you paid 150 Euros less, when we talk about the same guitar (Ebay/England).

Hi Stratmann,
for this price it was no bargain buy. But a Love Rock in Dark Burst pleased me always very well and was missing in my little collection.
In addition the condition of the guitar seems to be excellent.

In a few days can I more say about the guitar.

I would say you got a good buy and a nice guitar. The near mint condition makes it a good collectors item too. I am still searching for my Les Paul.

Hi scouse303,

thanks for your hint. I had already read this thread.

This guitar, in the meantime it belongs to me, has not a inked serial number. The serial number is impressed and begins with 00099xx.

I think it is a 1980 LS60OS. It is really a awesome guitar!
