I think I found it....
Looks like basically the same guitar, but this one is slightly newer. I think yours is 1972 ish and this is 1973.
This one has a Citation label and Citation on the headstock, but it was made by Tokai no doubt.
Same mahogany body & seam. Same headstock.
Frets are slightly different, but they were made a year or so apart.
