I'm looking at getting the current Tokai LS70 from Ishibashi for 52,500 Yen (student discount).

It's not in stock at the moment, so in the meanwhile, are there any LP style guitars which fall in and around this price made by other MIJ companies?

Greco, Burny, Orville, Edwards etc.

Just wondering if any of them might have better specs for the same price, maybe a solid mahog body or something, cause I assume the build quality on them all is quite similar...

Edit:

Like this one,

I think it says its from 1974, and its around the same price. I can't find any specs on it, but instinct tells me (maybe wrongly) that it'd be slightly better? Okay ignore that, i just heard to avoid any pre 1980 MIJ copys as they can be very dodgy.
