Ebay UK question

If I want to list an item on ebay that I can ship to USA do I have to list it on their dot com website? It's been a few years since I shipped to USA and the listing form on ebay UK won't let me add international postage :x

You must have a box checked somewhere with 'No International Postage' or something, I always get the option to list international postage and I only list on ebay UK.

Evidently I had to fill in my telephone number on paypal seller preferences before I could offer International shipping :roll:

I have recently bought some stuff for my motorbike from the US, they no longer will ship from there without a phone number..
