Cliff was asking about a second edition.

Peter was saying he has not done a second edition. That takes a lot more work.

There have been issues with PayPal with the second printing and Peter is working hard to get books to those who have responded.

My apologies for such a long delay . . . I have had to create a new account here due to security problems. I apologise for any inconvenience.
I am happy to announce that I have organised a reprint of the book . . finally. I have kept all the requests over the Years but if you want a copy, email me directly at " [email protected]
Estimated costs will be AU$ 79.00 + AUD$32.00 postage
It will be soft-cover covering 136 pages in US Letter [25cm x 20cm] however I am looking down the track to convert that into A4 [ 29.7cm x 21cm] and the possibilty of limited hard cover (expense willing)

It is great hearing from you.
I just helped Peter to get the books to UE citizens. We managged to downzise some shipping costs hence the book was less costly to forum members.
Not sure how we can do it again but I would help again for sure.
