No havn't tried it but I suppose it's like a Valve Junior with Marshall mods.
I have a Marshall 20/20 so I don't think I'll be buying a Class 5 but it seems like a interesting amp.
I've also got a Valve Junior and I would have bought the Class 5 instead if they were around back then.

^ not sure... i like how the vj looks. i wasn't all that fussed on the soundclips of the class 5... though obviously you can't really tell from clips. Not that I'd have been buying one anyway, i got that valvepower 18 watter a while back.

Looks great but from the demo I watched, it kinda sounds like crap. I'm actually wating the demo as I type this and let me retract the 'kinda' - it definitely sounds like crap to me.

I'll take my Laney over this any day.
