Contacting Tokai for model info ?

Hi,

I wanted to contact Tokai to query the exact model of one of my my LoveRocks. I used their UK company email - info@tokai-guitars.co.uk. Sent off the query about a week ago, but haven't received anything yet to even acknowledge receipt of the query.

Starting to wonder whether it's just the case that I have to give them time, or if there's a different email address for such a query ?

Any info would be much appreciated,

8) i have emailed tokai-uk million times but still no reply from them. i wonder why but never knew why. their site seems active and doing good business lately. anyone knows their current situation? i used to recieve their replies before they became silent lately. very strange! :roll:

I didn't have any luck getting info from Tokai UK - but when I used the Tokaijapan.com site, got a response asking for some further info within 24 hrs, and a confirmation of the model number 24 hours after that.

Excellent service I thought :)

I guess Tokai UK isn't really affiliated with Tokai guitars in the strict sense. So you are asking them a question on guitars they maybe even didn't sold and probably don't know of.

Whatever, it's also possible that, due to peoples beeing brainless zombies, they had their e-mail account flooded with demands not concerning their sales activity, and now, they are stopping the trainwreck. As a boutique seller, I would do exactly the same. Internet is filled with infos, and you, normally, need to be sure what you buy or use yourself. Nobody, except maybe, and with reserve, Tokai Japan, has some kind of obligation to help you. In forum communities sometimes, yes, but even we have limits.

Also, it's always possible to die in a car crash, or have a fast pace cancer coming that you didn't saw, and loose your life simply in a few weeks. So them not responding is regrettable, but it's life.
