Hey Joe--

That picture of the sunset grill isn't what was there when I lived there. It was just a grubby, little hole-in-the-wall with a hand-painted sign. In fact, guitar center wasn't even there until the last year or so that I lived there. There's an elementary grade school right behind there and I remember they were tearing down the old junk buildings on Sunset where guitar center is now when I was looking to move out.

Yeah. I don't know about them but my guess would be they cashed a very large check when they left.
