Tokai P90 Gold Top Love Rocks???

I am looking at getting a gold top with P90s. Trying to figure out the differences between the 132s, 144s, 154s, 198s and 220s. (Hopefully I have all the numbers correct).

Any insight is appreciated. at what level does the nitro finish start? Are there different neck profiles? Just how 50's thick are the necks?
