Rossi, I kind of asked the same question this week in another section. I have a standard Fender block but although the holes line up with the 6 retaining/pivot screws it appears that the block cavity is slightly smaller on the Tokai so a bit of routing may be in order.
 
I think the main problem is going to be the difference between metric and imperial threads / dimensions.

Tokai's are metric and USA Fenders are imperial.

You could email the seller and ask if they do a metric version. Callagham does different steel block's to suit all types of threading systems.
