I have seen a few Greco 335ish guitars on ebay and noticed SA's have gibson open book headstock while the SV's have more of an ibanez rounded headstock and weird Greco font in the logo. Do you guys have any other details about build quality of these? I think they were made in the early and mid 80s but not sure. Personally I like the the look of the SA's better but would settle for an SV if the quality was the same.

while I've seen the SV's, never played one. I own/have owned three SA's and have nothing but great things to say about them.... however, all have had the slim 60's neck profile.

I think the body size is more like a 339. I was once interested in buying one, but then I came across a couple of Youtube videos where they sounded like crap, so I got cold feet. May well have been the recording that was crap though. They look nice and you can find them quite cheaply.
