SE-800 Super Real Pickguard and electronics

Hi everybody,

I recently purchased this beautiful December 1979 Super Real SE-800. Its in great condition. Sadly, the pickguard and electronics have been changed.

Does anybody have one, you can part with?! Offers would be awesome.

I see it was purchased in LAOX...thats where I got almost all of my Bacchus guitars 10-15 years ago in this city...it`s an electronics chain and they had guitars in the basement...this city just wasn`t big enough for more than one of those electronics shops so it closed...took advantage of that sale too.

So the reciept says 64,000 yen. And the list price was 80,000 yen by model number, right?

Does that mean there was a 20% discount when purchased new? I am curious how it works in Japan.

20% list is standard around these parts in Japan. But sometimes they have the " open " price...so theres nothing off that, or maybe there is...we just don`t know `cause they don`t tell us what the open price is...cheeky buggers.
