I think that "bidder 1" may be disappointed when his "vintage" "made in Japan" arrives and starts to ask questions about it.

The bridge adjustment has screws, the back cover plastic is cream coloured and it has the dimple headstock, all of which point to Korean manufacture. The gold finish is also the Korean style, with big chunky flakes of gold in it.

fairly straight forward: ebay rules state that if a seller makes wrong or misleading statements the buyer can withdraw from the bid at any time.

cannot be more misleading then this one. 100% MIK for the UK market.

Bolt on neck? I thought all Love Rocks had set necks? My Korean LS48 does, so surely all other models do as well?

OK, here's my call on the model and year.

UK headstock shape means 2003+

Bolt~on neck, MIK hardware and GT colour.

2003~2004 Catalogue shows ALS40GT for a guitar that is consistent with what is seen in the sellers pics.

The model is seen, unchanged in the 2000 Catalogue, on this site.
