That is a particularly nasty looking fake - it doesn't even come close to looking like a Springy. Horrible.... :-?
PrettyBlue1 - you're perfectly entitled to love fakes, and to look for them, but as far as most forum members are concerned, you're doing the wrong thing by supporting the sellers who try to palm off these poor quality fakes as the real thing.
It seems that you know what you are doing when you bid for them, but what you are actually doing is legitimising the sale. Other buyers will see that you have bid, and will assume that it must be genuine if someone else is bidding for it. I know that isn't your intention, but please think about the consequences of what you do.
One of the reasons for this forum's existence is to expose fake Tokais - because the rest of us hate them!
