Is this a genuine Jazz Sound? (I know it is not vintage)

I am tempted by this guitar and would like confirmation that it is a genuine Japanese Tokai please. Hopefully somebody can help me out.

Looks like a 2015 AJB90 in gun metal blue GMB?

Catalog shot shows truss rod adjustment at the headstock but I have seen both I believe. Not sure what that means. May relate to whether it is an early 60s copy or not?
