I've owned this guitar for over 30 years along with a Wine Red Breezysound, both are bound versions. This one has the block Tokai logo and the Wine red version has the spaghetti font logo. Both guitars are all original parts apart from the black which has had the scratchplate changed. Both guitars play like a dream, (probably the best guitars I've ever owned). I just need the info on the black Breezysound for now if any can help.
It has a 6 digit serial no starting with14****
Cheers Guys

Beauty!

it's a block logo double bound TE/TTE70 BB with a replaced pick guard.

Late 1982 to mid 1983.

Sold in the UK originally.

Yours may have the 6 digit because it is not a true copy of a Fender period.

Double bound Fender teles would have had rosewood necks, so this is not a strict replica. Possibly why the different type of serial number?

If it had a rosewood fretboard it would have had a number starting with Lxxxxx.

Can we have the code stamp on the body under the volume/tone control panel? And also bottom of neck if you remove it. Might have had a neck swap.
