Help needed to identify this Bass

Hi Guys,

I came across this Greco bass at a local seller's site.
Model is stated to be Phoenix GBX-60 and seller says it is MIJ.
Can't seem to find any info on this model.

Any info such as yearm construction, value, etc will be much appreciated.
