HELP! is my tokai flying v a JAPAN or KOREAN model?

( it looks pretty new -10 years or less) BUT the TRUSS ROD uses the same tool as my 88 gibson les paul, and my 81 tokai l.p. ( its NOT the korean hexagon wrench that my epiphone l.p. uses) ALSO the bridge is just like my gibson and 81 tokai with just 2 small screws going into the wood ( again its NOT like my epiphone l.p. , which has 2 big screws that go into a chrome or metal bushing, that is press fitted into the wood) ? i will try and get some photos up - i think its made in japan , BUT it has no S/N
