Fender parts, bootleg or OK?

Hi,

Here is a link to a seller on eBay. Know anything about this guy? Selling Fender parts. Ad claims neck is "real Fender", bu the stamp on the back of the headstock says "Korea".

I don't think of Korea as making "real" Fender parts, maybe Squire, but...

I could be interested in another neck for my Strat, but is this likely to be decent?

Some Fender models are made in Korea, here's a few:
