Hello all!

Just bought this for a pittance. Seller says the Retail price is $2495!! It looks nice but I've never heard of them. Japanese boutique builder maybe? Any Japanese forum members or MIJ experts shed any light on yhis baby??

Never heard of it. But I highly doubt that something that was handmade in 2011 and retailed for 2475, will end up being sold for 275..

Gotoh hardware/pickups means that it's probably a decent guitar. You can't go wrong with artificial alligator skin either!

Nice bit of detective work there youami!! Interesting to see that that one went for $1200 and I paid $275 for mine!! I'll be giving it a run against my Bacchus Telecaster with Yuta pups to see how it compares. I'll then post the results. I can only assume this is made on a small scale by a boutique builder as there are no search results at all and very little info from the MIJ experts....hmmmm.

Looking forward to getting my hands on it.

There are new brands that show up almost every month in the guitar magazines over here, it`s hard to keep up. I have never seen nor heard of them but then, I`m up in the northern part of the big island with only a few branches of some, not all, of the chain shops...the big cities get a lot more choice than we do but I`ll see if they make it to the local shops.
