Tokai cases usually have a Tokai badge on the side near the handle. "Inagaki case" doesn't bring up much useful on Google other than a few 70s cases for dreadnoughts on Reverb and nothing comes up so far in Japanese about those.

It looks like a generic, budget case to me. Nothing suggests Tokai.
