This is my 1981 ES100NR.
And case is SA-150 for ES.
But I think the ES case is almost black.
I have never seen like my brown case.
Has someone the case like mine?

You're right. Typically you see the black one.

I just looked through catalogs because I was sure I had seen a reference to your Lifton style pink lined case, but now I can't find one.

Here is the 1981 arch top catalog:

Thanks for the valuable information.

I've seen a lot of vintage Tokai guitars from the 1980s for quite some time, and the Les Paul type has a brown case (LP-140), but the ES type only has a black case (SA-150).

However, as you can see from the outline of my ES100RN case, the shape is definitely SA-150, and keeping that shape, with the exterior brown and the lining pink.

This may have been a one-off custom-made product.........

The ES150 was a higher end guitar and not very common.

Same with the LP line. The LS50 & 60 got the black case with green lining. I think the 80 and up got the brown case with pink lining.

All cases were priced separately I believe, so it could easily have been sold with that guitar if the buyer wanted it.

Also, lots of Tokai products were never shown in catalogs.

As you can see in the 1981 catalog you uploaded, Tokai had a brown case LP-140 and a black case LP-120 in the Les Paul type, but for some reason only the SA-150 with a black exterior and blue lining was available for the ES type.

The high-end SE150 also uses this black SA-150, and in the many vintage Tokai I've seen over the past 40 years,
the only brown case with pink lining for the SE is the one I got this time.

As you can see in the 1981 catalog you uploaded, both the high-end ES150 and ES100 have the same special hard case, and the price is 15,000 yen, which means that only the SA-150 ES special hard case was made in both classes.

Yeah, as I said, don't rely on what is printed in the catalogs. That has always only been a part of the story.

Your case is rare, but I doubt it is a one off. Probably only made for a short period and not included in catalogs.

Enjoy it.

I see, I understand your guess well. It was very helpful. Thank you very much.

I didn't see a Tokai Label on your case. Are you sure it is a Tokai case?
I don't know why, but for some reason the vintage Tokai did not have the Tokai gold emblem on the SA-150 (product number), a hard case for the ES series.

Take a look at the uploaded 1981 catalog. Rather, the fact that the SA-150 does not have an emblem is proof of the original.

I've seen countless cases from the early 1980s, the SA-150, but none of them have emblems. Check it out via Reverb, eBay, or Image Search.

It looks like a Tokai case to me. The covering detaching in that curve near the handle the way they all seem to.

The vintage Tokai case, the SA-150, is shaped to hold the back of the body floating with a pad, as you can see in the image.

The guitar is also supported by a long pad, doubles as the lid of the glove compartment, and holds the guitar in a hollow position inside the case.

With the unique characteristics of this SA-150, it can definitely be said that it is an SA-150 of the early 1980s.

Well, that pretty much clears that up. Since it is a SA-150 and I have an ES-150, in Natural, I need to get one of these. Are you in Japan?

Yes, I am in Japan. I have owned three ES100s so far. The first was the 1981 ES100J and the second was the 1982 ES100J, both of which had already been sold, they were black SA-150 cases. If it's a black SA-150 case, you may be able to find it. But Brown's SA-150 is extremely difficult. In 40 years, I have only encountered this one
