I have a Tokai Breezy Sound Blue, with flower pattern. I have no idea how old it is or what it is worth. Can someone help me? How to determine the age?

A serial number or something would help to date it, and I'm sure you can find the info somewhere on this site, either that or there's some pretty knowledgeable people that contribute (not me though I'm afraid).
