Does that switch give us a year? Is that 2003?

Looks like 8H to me, which would be Aug 98 or 08. I think the seller is getting 2003 from the 03 on the switch.

OK. So far what I have been able to gather puts these in the 2000s. I think they may have switched from upper case to upper and lower around 2008, then at the the end of 2009 serial numbers return and are date based and inked on the necks.
