I would like to know if any ES-100j Pickups have been documented.
Would like to confirm that mine are original. Any information and
pics would be greatly appreciated.

They look original. My ‘81 had similar looking pickups with the white hookup wire.

Mine had been tinkered with. Magnets were swapped I believe. I don’t think anyone has ever figured out the origins or manufacturer of the pickups.
 
The first Tokai pickup known is the '57 PAF appearing in 1982 which have a sticker on the back. Maybe a trasitional pickups? My ES100R came with some Gibson Ttop or early 490 among another Gibson features (the owner wanted to make it similar to a Gibson of the time.....It seems
