This is a really nice Tokai with the classic "open book" headstock. It is Made in Japan and the quality is far above the more recent Korean and Chinese made models. Beautiful "abalone" inlays. These 61's have the classic deep cutaways that lesser models don't have. The only "weak" spot on these are the electronics so it's all been upgraded with CTS 500K pots and Switchcraft switch and jack. The pickups are Gibson 57 Classics.
