Hi All, I just purchased 1987/88 Burny Super Grade. Since it doesn't have a serial# I am just trying to get close on the date made. It's a real nice honey/lemon sunburst and has the 2 hole truss rod cover. The original neck PUP has no lettering of any kind stamped on the bottom. It did come with a pick guard that is missing. It also came with a Lindy Frailin "unbucker" 7.5k in the neck and has a Duncan 59' in the bridge. It plays and sounds really good. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 8)

Thanks for the links. Weird that my links are blocked for you. Is there a better way to add pics? Try now, I edited the permissions.

Searching the pot codes is likely your best shot for date and pickup cavity may have a printed number.

Thanks, I went to the page and was going to email him but:

PLEASE E-MAIL ME with any questions about any of MY FEATURED guitars, (use the link at the bottom of this page.)

I will only comment on guitars that I own and have played.

Hmmmm...

I’m sure he gets inundated with messages.

Maybe someone will stop by who knows.

Also, what mdvineng said would work if there are pot codes and they are original.
