Hi this is my first post just bought a Tokai les paul bluebery burst serial no.2043041 the neck pickup reads Tokai mk2s haven't had the bridge pickup out yet will do that when i put new strings on the pots read made in korea jinsung the cap is a small flourecent yellow looking blob the guitar has made in japan in very small black lettering back of headstock is it normal to have korean pot in a japanese guitar thanks in advance.

Haven't seen a modern one but a pot is just a pot. The inkie is the crucial bit. Anything over model 70 should be Japanese madebut over time as prices rise that changes too. You didn't state your model number!
