House extension forces sale. Comes with good quality generic hard case the guitar doesnt have a mark on it. The only problem is a crack in the volume switch easily replaced for a few pounds. Fantastic build quality on these handmade guitars with a very thick mahogany body creating a deep woody tone. Made in Japan between 2008-2010 and all original.
