I am trying to repair the finish on a Burny LV115 Flying V. The tinted clear coat (that left the factory pink but reacted to champagne) has cracked and is starting to chip/flake where your left forearm/wrist makes contact, most likely from some sort of jewelry/abuse I'd rather not think about:

I'd like to try fixing/filling with clearcoat tinted to match, but I'm not sure if it's lacquer or polyurethane. It seems like lacquer, but I don't know. I can't find the answer online, so I thought I would ask here. Thanks in advance!

Have a search through this website

KK version in the 2nd of the 2002 catalogues but no finish details but at the price point, suspect it isn't lacquer.
